Tektronix Probe to RIGOL adapter
Probe adapter for using Tektronix probes with Rigol MSO/DS4000 series and Rigol DS6000 series oscilloscopes. The T2R1000 converts the TekProbe-BNC interface to a Rigol-Probe interface and supplies power, calibration and DC offset adjustment functions for the probe.
