TRBOnet

Advanced Dispatch & Communication Solutions

Neocom Software was established in 2007 with the objective of providing exceptional software and hardware products utilizing modern radio technologies. Within a span of 9 years, the company has experienced exponential growth from 5 to nearly 70 employees, with offices situated in different locations including Florida, USA, France, Latin America and others.

TRBOnet products are preferred by many due to various reasons, but the company's reputation for delivering quality products and services to customers in over 150 countries worldwide is likely the most significant. Neocom Software was among the first businesses to launch a pure IP dispatch console with advanced features, completely revolutionizing the industry for computer aided dispatch systems.

Hardware Software

TRBOnet Hardware solutions are specially designed to enhance the performance, flexibility, and reliability of MOTOTRBO two-way radio communication systems. The hardware portfolio includes advanced Radio-over-IP (RoIP) gateways, microphone adapters, footswitches, and communication accessories that seamlessly integrate with TRBOnet dispatch software to create a complete control room solution. These devices enable organizations to connect remote radio sites, integrate analog and digital radio networks, and ensure stable voice and data communication across large geographical areas. TRBOnet hardware products such as the RoIP Gateway A100 and A200 provide reliable IP connectivity for control stations and repeaters without requiring dedicated computers at remote locations, making deployment more efficient and cost-effective. Designed for mission-critical environments, TRBOnet hardware delivers high performance, scalability, and secure communication for industries including security, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, hospitality, and public safety.

It's not uncommon for control rooms to be located far from radio systems they need to monitor. It is important to have a viable IP connection between the server and the radio system. If the latency exceeds 90 ms, this may lead to poor audio quality or even dropped voice calls.

RoIP Gateway A200

The gateway supports all MOTOTRBO systems and can provide interface to analog or digital radios. It can be connected to both MOTOTRBO and certain non-MOTOTRBO gateway radios, as well as MOTOTRBO repeaters, such as DR3000 or SLR5500 working in the analogue mode.
